About the role
As a Senior Account Managers you’ll be in charge of ensuring that we’re delivering an excellent service to our clients, helping them succeed in every step they take in the e-commerce journey. You'll be responsible for commercial goals related to account growth and will be working closely with our Product, Solutions, Design and Development teams to improve the performance for our clients and our agency.

Managing the overall lifetime value and retention of clients, from first engagement right through to our Ongoing Success retainer program.
Managing client revenue forecasts and working with our Product Owners to ensure we are hitting a meaningful margin.
Ensuring senior management are updated on any client escalations or risks.
Building strong relationships with clients, looking after client happiness, and ensuring we hit a positive NPS.
Upselling our services and those of our partners, where they add value to the client.
Working with Product Owners to ensure we have a clear roadmap of work for our clients, including preparing QBRs and building a case for the investment that is needed to make sure the client achieves their business goals.
